How to fix replication on Win Server 2008 R2 (slave CD)?

Hello, there is such a problem: there is a main CD dc1.www.loc and a slave CD tmk.www.loc, initially the problem was that there was no replication between them for a long time and the burial time reached its maximum, it was decided to delete obsolete objects (lingering objects) . With the help of Microsoft software ( lingering objects liquidator ), this action was performed. What we have at the moment: replication still does not go error 1727 - failure during a remote procedure call. The call was not made. The burial lifetime seems to have been reset, but due to the fact that replication is not going on, the delta continues to grow. Also, after deleting obsolete objects, a glitch appeared: when entering the Sites and Services snap-in, selecting the - servers folder, an error occurs - Data from servers is not available from the srv-tsk.tmk.www.loc domain controller due to: an operation error occurred. Please try again later, or select a different domain controller by selecting "Connect to a domain controller" from the domain's context menu . At the same time, if you try to add re-existing servers, it writes that a server with the same name already exists, that is, there is data there. Both servers are on win server 2008r2, shoveling Microsoft's articles did not lead to anything.
