How to fix remote error: Do not authenticate with username and password using git. in heroku?

remote: ! WARNING:
remote: ! Do not authenticate with username and password using git.
remote: ! Run `heroku login` to update your credentials, then retry the git command.
remote: ! See documentation for details: https ://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/git#http-git...
fatal: Authentication failed for ' https://git.heroku.com/fullstake.git/ '
login password, writes that I logged in under my login password, but the error does not go away.
I tried to follow the steps from the documentation, but without success. Has anyone had this problem on Windows please help me out.
upd: there is another obvious way: I created a repository, pushed the project, created a github on heroku, specified this repository and made a deploy branch.

I always use the second option. When I started to get tired with the client from heroku - there is no more desire. Binding to the git works reliably, you can tie CI if you wish.
