How to fix problem with pkgng repositories in FreeBSD 9.2?

When trying to install a package or update pkg repositories lists, a message appears:

No active remote repositories configured.

Contents of /etc/pkg/FreeBSD.conf and /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/FreeBSD.conf files:

FreeBSD: {
url: "pkg+ http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/${ABI}/latest ",
mirror_type: "srv",
signature_type: "fingerprints",
fingerprints: "/usr/share/keys/pkg",
enabled: "yes",
}

pkg.conf - no change.
The file /usr/share/keys/pkg/trusted/pkg.freebsd.org.2013102301 is present.
Tell me what could be the problem?
