How to fix port drying error?

I used to run a free backend, but today there was an error in drying the port, I can’t figure out how to solve it?




If I run it on a different port,



Git starts up quietly : https://github.com/NOneNice/project-for-home I updated Nodejs and the port fell out of TCPView if I run it on 5000, but the error remains

When will people start reading? Still, it's clear - the port is already busy, in use.
