How to fix plugin work in sublime text 3?

Installed the plugin (bootstrap snippets) via package control.
When writing a shortcode and pressing the tab works properly. But the tooltips don't work correctly.
Tooltips only work on unclosed div spans and the like. which is completely useless to me. But at the same time they do not work inside the tags, the screenshots are attached. How to fix this moment?
