How to fix Pagespeed?

found /var/log/apache2/error.log weighing half a giga and so the following errors basically repeat for a week

[Sun Jan 27 09:10:59.942691 2019] [pagespeed:error] [pid 904] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @904] /var/log/pagespeed/stats_log_global:0: opening output file: Permission denied
[Sun Jan 27 09:10:59.942753 2019] [pagespeed:error] [pid 904] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @904] Error opening statistics log file /var/log/pagespeed/stats_log_global.
[Sun Jan 27 09:11:09.143717 2019] [pagespeed:warn] [pid 2032] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @2032] Rewrite http://site.ru/uploads/posts/2019-01/1548406405_2019-01-25_115052.png failed while fetching http://site.ru/uploads/posts/2019-01/x1548406405_2019-01-25_115052.png.pagespeed.ic.iioOlQSE5U.jpg
[Sun Jan 27 09:11:23.355424 2019] [pagespeed:error] [pid 2337] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @2337] /var/cache/mod_pagespeed/shm_metadata_cache/snapshot/pagespeed_default_shm/metadata_cache/1/64/4452/128/92,.tempinFBRA:0: opening temp file: Permission denied
[Sun Jan 27 09:11:44.499442 2019] [pagespeed:warn] [pid 2779] [mod_pagespeed 1.13.35.2-0 @2779] RateController: drop deferred fetch of http://x.x.x.x/uploads/posts/2017-12/1514670349_2017-12-31_004516.jpg on shutdown

And all this is repeated so many times, as an option, I think you can just turn off the output of warnings and leave only errors, or is it better to deal with the reasons?
All directories were created by the module itself on behalf of www-data
And maybe someone knows how to disable it for phpmyadmin?
