Everything seems to be installed, but when you click on the link yii.loc/frontend/web , the page is not displayed.
What could be the problem?

1. Look at the server logs, everything is there. Without logs, the error cannot be corrected.
2. Turn on the output of all errors
3. Check the php version, try another one (openServer is sometimes naughty).
As an option, install according to another guide, but I would still deal with the error, you just need to understand it, what you brought is "nothing".
