How to fix or in which direction to dig?

trying to parse site
using xNet
getting error

An unhandled exception of type 'xNet.HttpException' occurred in xNet.dll
Additional information: An SSL connection could not be established with HTTP server 'Site.com'.

I used to be
looking for solutions, but then it disappeared and everything worked fine
in about an hour, the error returned,
tried to make a request through another lib
, tried through System.Net
, the result is the same

Is the date on the computer correct?
Is the site.com certificate working?

I managed to find out what the problem was, I got into the same situation, it just stopped working permanently
