Actually, you can somehow settle on a specific version of the framework and all co-dependent on it?

For example, I want to sit on version 10 of angular, receive all updates 10.xyz, while all packages using angular 10.x will also receive updates as long as the 10.x requirement is preserved in them.

How to set it up on npm? Maybe other package managers?
