How to fix NPM INIT error?

Dealing with Gulp
Installed NODE then GULP yesterday launched everything in one folder it worked
Today I want to run GULP in another project folder and with NPM-init the following error

How to fix it?

So this is not a mistake. package.json is missing and npm is about to create it and asks you a series of questions.
