During installation, something like this appears:

ureadahead will be reprofiled on next reboot
Setting up bbb-html5 (1.0.0-1ubuntu127) ...

Not creating home directory `/usr/share/meteor'.
bbb-html5 start/running, process 1738
Processing triggers for ureadahead (0.100.0-16) ...

After that, the desired software does not work. Please tell me how to heal.

Strange way for a hamster. Try creating the folder manually, with sudo of course. And reinstall the software.
