How to fix non-canonical on laravel?

Good afternoon. Who fumbles in Yandex webmaster?
I have a comic book counting site for more than 7 months.
The question lies in the Yandex webmaster, or rather its debility of indexing pages.
There was such a situation that at the beginning the webmaster began to exclude links to pages due to non-canonical garbage, I removed the code from the general code of the site, he re-indexed all the pages, everything is ok, but he still excluded some and time passes, the pages grow in number and in addition to the main ones there are also pages with tags and authors' names, so first he indexes them, then the devil understand why he throws out the other part at all for a double, now non-canonical ones have begun to fall out again, they write to make a redirect, and I read it and did not understand how to do it there, some kind of fierce formula, I put it like this stopped even in admin panel to go with these stupid redirects. In general, the question is, who knows, do I need to disable the pages of authors and tags in robots? there is no information on the Internet, stupid articles on the topic "maybe it is necessary and maybe not" did not help me. Or do I still need to upload a list in exel of all non-canonical ones and manually redirect them and put them somewhere? I don’t understand this webmaster, he considers a completely different tag to be a double, which is from a completely different page and distribution and is not connected in any way even in meaning, so why does he think that this is a double? what an asshole wrote this shit sorry for my french. The site is based on the Laravel 5.3 framework. The funny thing is that I don’t know php, I know the current markup language. I'll attach screenshots to make it clearer who fumbles, tell me please! On the Laravel forum, no one helped, all the masters of couch troops have merged for 3 months in search of a savior. ______
One type was found, but he was able to suggest at most that the meta content on the pages (tags, authors, etc.) and 301 redirects will not help, you need to register on the search pages and update the canonical - well, I did, but the situation has not changed at all. He said to dig in the direction: remove duplicates in the store catalog rel="cononical" for site search pages.
________
Please find a kind person, show me what needs to be written where.
I use phpstorm to find any piece of code.

@solotony

there is no short advice here. It is necessary to understand in detail the architecture of the project and the principles of constructing
ps urls, find where canonical is specified in the template and delete nafig. Apparently there you have a statically registered URL of the main page.
ps but this will not save you from duplicates. to deal with duplicates you need (read the first paragraph)
