How to fix mouse lag in RDP session?

When working through RDP, everything works perfectly fast except for the mouse. Even taking into account the fact that hardware acceleration was forcibly enabled, 60 FPS through the registry, a new codec was enabled, netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled was applied. Especially, this delay is felt when working with a virtual machine or Photoshop. I suppose that to solve this problem, you need to forward the mouse as a device to the session, but I still did not understand how to do this. RDP protocol version - 10.6, ping -4 ms, enough resources.

Virtual machine or Photoshop, this means the contents of the bitmap window and is completely redrawn (i.e. rdp cannot determine which part has been redrawn and analyzes the entire contents of the window for diff, the server does this by itself with some lag.
I have seen this with older versions of rdp (those that winxp / win7 or if you use an rdp connection to a virtual machine, the server is made there for a tick and works very inefficiently), in win10 and the corresponding versions of win server 2k16..19, the new remotefx protocol or the new codec https://habr.com /en/post/341736/
