How to fix microsoft edge?

Microsoft Edge has recently stopped working.
The program starts, but does not open any site.
The same with Internet Explorer. Sites do not open.
Dropped the settings. Cleaned the cache.
At the same time, other browsers work without problems.
How to fix?
