How to fix manjaro GUI after uninstalling packages?

Installed libinput and libinput-gestures, but multitouch didn't work and I decided to remove these packages. It looks like something useful was removed with them.
Now the GUI won't load. When the system boots, I am greeted by the terminal. I successfully log in and what to do next (((
I can’t update the system. I see an error -
Failed to synchronize all databases
Tried startx - it doesn’t work either. Server error.
I think it’s impossible to install packages, because the network does not work.
Is it possible to install the missing packages from a bootable flash drive?? Help

In the package manager log you can see what was installed and removed
