The problem is this, there is a SPA on AngularJS when pulling (over scroll effect) content, the window freezes and it can no longer be scrolled. After highlighting the text, the content can be scrolled again. There is an assumption that when overscrolling, the context is transferred from the content viewport to the browser itself.
