How to fix kernel-headers update issue on CentOS 5.11?

Hello. There is a vps (xen) with centos 5.11 x86_64 installed, when executing the yum update -y command, it gives an error in the final stage:

kernel-headers-3.11.7-2.x86_64.rpm | 949 kB 00:00
error: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 RSA/SHA1 signature: BAD, key ID 3e2a1f8d
Problem opening package kernel-headers-3.11.7-2.x86_64.rpm

Command output: uname -a
Linux 3.9.8 #1 SMP Sun Jun 30 22:02:37 MSK 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux

By the way, the output of the yum repolist command
Maybe the problem lies in the repositories? Maybe there are some reliable and relevant under centos 5.11?
udp: If I understood correctly, then I have installed:

kernel-headers.x86_64 2.6.18-274.3.1.el5 installed
