How to fix Joomla contact form redirect error?

Bottom line: there is a site on Joomla with the AiContactsafe feedback form module. The forms themselves can be placed both on separate pages and inserted into articles using the module code.
Forms work fine on individual pages, but if you place the form in an article, then when you click on "Submit", you are redirected to a page without any design and a bare index.php?option=com_aicontactsafe form with the message "Message sent".
