How to fix iPython crash in Sublime Text 3 after running .py script?

Such a situation:
in one tab I have the python console (iPython) from SublimeREPL open, where I periodically run single commands, and in the other tabs the scripts that I am currently working with.
So when I build any script (cmd + B), the console in iPython immediately stops working for me.
There was no such problem in SublimeText 2, but now I have switched to the third version, and here such a disaster.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
