How to fix internet dropout in VirtualBox?

On a Windows 10 host, 2 virtual machines on one Mint, another Ubuntu.
Each of them has its own VPN, so the network is configured through the Network Bridge.

What is the problem: after the Internet is turned off on the host, it also disappears on virtual machines,
but when it reappears, it is no longer possible to restore it on virtual machines, I changed the connection type to NAT, and virtually turned on / off the cable, - nothing helps.
Why the Internet is not restored and how to fix it?
