How to fix "Got error -1 from storage engine" error?

Today an error appeared on the site on Bitrix:
MySQL Query Error: UPDATE b_agent SET DATE_CHECK=DATE_ADD(IF(DATE_CHECK IS NULL, now(), DATE_CHECK), INTERVAL 600 SECOND) WHERE ID IN (3, 8, 25)[Got error - 1 from storage engine]
all pages are unavailable, what could be the reason for this?

Got error -1 from storage engine - it is possible to run out of the account disk space limit. Try cleaning your disk a bit.
