How to fix google services styles?

The styles of many Google services broke down: search, dox, translator, even support. At the same time, gmail remained alive.
This is what translate.google.com looks like now:

When entering any document, it redirects here , also with broken styles.
I cleared the cache + cleared all cookies using the google filter , but the problem remained.
In general, I would not want to delete all cookies.
There are also a bunch of JS errors in the firebug console.
Where else to dig?
