How to fix font rendering in NetBeans 8.0 + Java 7u51 + Windows 7?

After updating the NetBeans IDE to version 8.0, the fonts in the editor became "blurry". The same problem and on version 7.4.

In Google, many recommend adding the line to the configuration file:
