How to fix Fatal error: Class 'Locale' not found in zf2?

I can not solve the problem with the error:
Fatal error: Class 'Locale' not found in /.../module/Application/src/Application/Service/Locale.php on line 113
I found a solution to this problem in Google, about some . dll files to be copied. But there are no .dlls in the php5 folder on my Mac. Any ideas?
