How to fix Error while importing .ovpn config?

I'm trying to connect to a VPN on Ubuntu 16 by importing the .ovpn file , but I get this error:
could not be read or does not contain recognized VPN connection information : route remote_host 255.255.255.255 net_gateway Then the file is imported normally, but there is no Internet How to overcome this error?

Deleted this line
route remote_host 255.255.255.255 net_gateway
And in IPv4 Settings -> Southes put check on Use this connection only for resources on its network
