How to fix error when compiling .c file in MinGW?

When compiling, an error occurs:
Code execution cannot continue because the system did not find libmingwex-0.dll. Reinstall the program to fix.
But the mingw-libmingwex.dev package is present.

So put this libmingwex-0.dll in the directory with the program. Everything is in order, the program is compiled, it remains to start up.
If this happens when you start the compiler - something with the compiler, and you need to reinstall IT.
(I rummaged through the Internet, tomorrow I will check the latest versions of MinGW at work)
