How to fix error in Laravel Sleeping Owl Admin?

Paths to scripts are generated in the Sleeping Owl admin panel and included in the template. And this "lang.js" doesn't exist.

Does anyone know what it is and how to fix the problem?
This method did not help or I did something wrong .

EMNIP, I got this error because nginx instead of the route tried to find the file simply in the specified directory. Without understanding the method at the specified link, I just cut down nginx in the open server and left one apache.

right click on the link (where lar.lar is) and open in a new window, see what the error is.
Most likely, this file is not on the path, and Laravel itself is trying to grab this link.
