How to fix error in "Debian-Installer Loader"?

I decided to try kali linux and when I had already downloaded the archive, I chose the language,
then a message immediately popped up: could not find win32-loader.ini. although the same file was in the same folder where I copied everything: how to avoid this error.

Nada copy the win32-loader file and paste it along the path C:\ and also into the System32 folder along the path
C:\Windows\System32
