How to fix Error connecting to the KeX server?

When you run kex --win gives this error!
Error connecting to the KeX server.
Please try "kex start" to start the service.
If the server fails to start, please try "kex kill" or restart your WSL2 session and try again.
and here is the error when starting vncserver

What are you trying to do? start VNC and connect to it?

It's not a mistake. This is a notification that you "nailed" the VNC service...
