How to fix error and set up 404 in joomla 3?

If you enter a non-existent path to the page at the page URL, for example: https://site.ru/aviry/ , then 404 works fine. An error page opens, server response 404 not found. But if you add a get request to the URL, for example: https://site.ru/aviry/?option=com_content&view=art... , then the page opens with an error, but 200 OK and such pages get into the search results. Tell me, please, how to fix this?
