It connected normally until it was updated from 1803 to 1809.
Immediately after installation, it was still possible to connect, although in the parameters (Network and Internet-> Status) it showed as if there was no connection, and the update center was the same. After reinstalling the network card driver, it stopped connecting altogether and began to give error 720. Rolling back the driver did not change anything.

Found a solution:
In the device manager, deleted the WAN Miniport (IP), then "Update hardware configuration"
It worked without rebooting
