How to fix error 508 on opencart website?

The site takes up 100% of the CPU on the server. I understand that looping happened somewhere, but it didn’t work in OpenCart. I didn't install either. There is access to cPanel and database. But the site itself and its admin panel cannot be accessed. The upgrade failed for the same reason. I did not find anything especially criminal in the server and PHP logs. I can attach.
