How to fix error 500 in Bogdaan/viber-bot-php library?

To create a bot in Viber, I used the library, took a ready-made template from there, inserted the necessary data and it works, but if you open the file in a browser, it will give HTTP ERROR 500. What could be the problem? I'm certainly not a professional, but it seems to me that something is wrong with the library itself.
