How to fix error 25 Token confirmation required?

I get access_token using direct authorization (client_id and secret from kate mobile).
When trying to call

https://api.vk.com/method/audio.get?count=1&access_token=token&v=5.95

get

"error_code":25,"error_msg":"Token confirmation required"

(and using user agent: KateMobileAndroid/45 lite-421 (Android 5.0; SDK 21; armeabi-v7a; LENOVO Lenovo A1000; ru))
