How to fix Error 10061 when installing MongoDB on Windows 10?

Hello,
I have already tried and googled as much as I could, but I still could not fix the error when installing MongoDB. I tried to install it both on Windows7 64 and on Windows10 64. All errors pop up exactly.
My steps:
- Installed MongoDB downloaded from official site (C:/MongoDB/Server/3.0/)
- Created folders
(C:/MongoDB/Server/3.0/data/db)
(C:/MongoDB/Server/3.0/logo)
- Through the command line I registered

mongod --directoryperdb --dbpath C:/MongoDB/Server/3.0/data/db --logpath C:/MongoDB/Server/3.0/log/mongodb.log --logappend --rest

If anyone has experienced this, please let me know. Thank you
