How to fix encryption error 234?

Installed a new version of the AWP program for preparing calculations for the FSS version 1.0.2.35, transferred the database, installed the certificate of the authorized FSS for interacting with the email.
The problem arose when using the Signing and Encrypting Documents component. By pressing the sign and encrypt button, I get: encryption error ((234 additional data available)). What to do with it, where to look, what is the reason?
