How to fix email delay in Drupal?

After registering on the site, the user sees the message "Description of further steps has been sent to your e-mail address", but the letter actually arrives only after 30 minutes.
What is the problem and how to force Drupal to send emails immediately?
PS If you run cron, then the letter comes right after the launch.
Maybe create a rule (rules) - "after registration, start cron", but there is also a question - what to register (start cron) as php code in the rules?

The Queue Mail module is probably installed, because by default Drupal sends emails immediately, without the participation of the crown. The solution is to disable the module or change its settings.
