How to fix Drupal 7 photo upload error?

Site on Drupal 7. I'm trying to add a photo in the image upload field. Got an error (photo below).

I cleared the cache in the "performance" section, then in the browser. Tried again and got another one:

Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Only 0 of 111 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space in file_unmanaged_save_data() function (line 1936 in /var/www/******* *******/data/www/****************.ru/includes/file.inc).
Unable to create file.

What could it be? Who faced, tell me, please, how to solve?
