How to fix double page loading?

Hello, I can’t solve one problem yet...
There is a main site online-shop.com.ua which I copied to the ukr.online-shop.com.ua subdomain in order to translate it into another language.
The process of copying consisted in transferring the site files, and copying the database, followed by a change in the database of the main domain to ukr.online-shop.com.ua. But after this procedure, the tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ service shows that the page is loaded twice:

What could be the problem?

In the browser, the page is loaded once. Most likely, pingdom is viewing the page again, due to the canonical link in<head>
