How to fix differences in Solution Explorer and local project folder?

I connected to a common project, Azure Devops, created local project files and then uploaded them to a shared folder. But when I decided to add new folders in my project, or change the files in them somehow, everything is fine in Visual Studio, but For some reason, these changes do not occur on the local disk, although after saving at startup in Visual Studio, the changes are saved and everything works.
