How to fix deletion of orders from different sites in 1C?

There was a problem with unloading orders from 2 different sites.
Sites: 1C-Bitrix, Business edition, version 18.0.2
1C: UT 11.3
Exchange module for 1C: 7.0.1.5
Sites are copies of each other, site 1 was first made, then copied and deployed with the base, and based on it with minor site 2 was made with improvements.
For site 1, imports of orders from Bitrix were already connected, and imports of nomenclature into Bitrix.
For the second site, identical imports were made, also by copying exchanges, and changing the selection parameters and the group tree in the exchange of goods, and without changing the exchange of orders, except for the url address.
When both order imports are enabled on the vending machine, the problem of order duplication occurs. An order comes from the 2nd site, and completely deletes the documents of the old order in 1C received from the first site. When comparing and checking orders, it turned out that orders with identical ID. Tell me, has anyone encountered this problem? Are there any described ways to solve it?
