How to fix cursor bug?

OS: Kali Linux 64Bit 2020.4
Good evening, I noticed this bug:
When I try to move some file, for example file.txt, to a folder or somewhere else, just by taking it.
the mouse freezes, I can move it, the system works, even I went to YouTube to check everything works fine.
That is, this moment where the "take" icon appears, and there is nothing to do with the keyboard or the bear.
If anyone has experienced this, or can suggest possible causes, please share.
