How to fix csscomb error in Sublime Text 2?

Csscomb needs PHP to function property.
Please make sure you have installed PHP

@Libris PATH is Windows PATH
Computer - properties - advanced system settings - environment variables
Select the Path variable and add the path to php.exe through a semicolon (;) - after that php will become available from the command line and this error will no longer be.

Now gives Unable find php.exe. Make shure it is available in you PATH - it seems the meaning is the same only shorter (this is after I deleted csscomb and installed a different version (like)
