How to fix Composer\Downloader\TransportException error?

Private repositories on bitbucket
Everything worked fine as usual for a long time, last time a few days ago. But today, when I try composer update, I get this error.
[Composer\Downloader\TransportException]
The "?pagelen=100&fields=values.name%2Cvalues.target.hash%2Cnext&sort=-target.date" file could not be downloaded: failed to open stream: No such file or
directory all hosting accounts of one vds. From another vds, the same set of libraries is updated as usual normally.
Can you please tell me why this happened and how to fix it?
