How to fix compass and gps not working on android?

I bought myself a new phone from China oneplus one. Everything is fine, everything flies, but there are two problems with navigation. Firstly, the compass is rotated 180 degrees, no matter how you calibrate it, it shows clearly in the opposite direction. As if he is upside down in the phone. Maybe you can somehow manually set the rotation of 180 to the measurements? Secondly, it does not look for GPS in any way. Maybe just because of the compass. No matter how many people I read reviews, no one had such problems with this phone. All satellites are caught. For a second or two pieces 30.

I had a problem with GPS on all Chinese without exception. But a cold start always helped. The following describes how to cold start GPS on a Lenovo phone. I do not think that on other devices the operation will be significantly different:
1. Disable GPS, EPO, A-GPS.
2. Delete the mtkgps.dat file in the /data/misc directory (for example, using RootExplorer).
3. Reboot the phone.
4. We go out into the open space (street without high-rise objects nearby).
5. Turn on GPS, EPO, A-GPS in the settings (load the EPO database if it has not been loaded).
6. We enter the engineering menu through Mobileuncle MTK Tools. (You need RTH!), select YGPS. On the Information tab, click Full, then Cold, then A-GPS restart. Go to the Sattelites tab - and wait for the signal to be fixed (it can take from several minutes to tens of minutes).
6. Exit YGPS and engineering menu
