How to fix code completion in PhpStrorm?

Hello.
I can't figure out how to enable code completion.
For example, I type file (to get file_get_contents)
and PhpStorm says Undefined namespace file in the status bar
Why is it looking for a namespace instead of giving me autocompletion?
Ctrl+Space just says no hints.
PhpStorm 8.0.2 #134.496 EAP
