How to fix ClearType in the browser?

Good day.
Faced a problem with displaying fonts in browsers (except IE) when ClearType is enabled in Windows.
Fonts began to look uneven, without anti-aliasing, this is especially evident on Google fonts and headings.
An example of how Open Sans is displayed on FF 34 (a similar picture on webkits and on Opera 12):

The same, but in IE 11 (in fact, all browsers used to display this smoothly):

If ClearType is turned off, then everything in browsers becomes normal (and in Windows, respectively, no).
What could be the problem and how to return the fonts to normal anti-aliasing?
