How to fix Class 'CSaleLocation' not found (0) error in Bitrix?

Transferred the site from the main domain to the local Xampp machine, the same domain was specified in the host. Set up Xampp, set up the database. I've done everything. But I am getting an error. How to fix? maybe not all files uploaded?
