How to fix Centos 7 file access issue?

Costs centos 7+php 7+ apache 2.0 + mariadb.
When uploading files via FTP, there are problems with accessing files. Only setting the rights to 777 helps. How can I fix this. Rights to folders and files 777 is not correct from a security point of view.

Run FTP as the same user that the webserver is running as. You can also configure FTP itself to create files with the desired uid and gid.
