How to fix build Nuget packages?

I'm putting together a project through teamcity.
Visual Studio 2019
Error during build:

[14:12:37]Failed to retrieve information about 'Inet.Common.Data' from remote source 'https://teamserver.mediascope.net/httpAuth/app/nuget/v1/FeedService.svc/FindPackagesById()?id='Inet.Common.Data'&semVerLevel=2.0.0'.

There are two Packages Sources in the project settings:

https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/
